Leather's Natural Beauty...

Leather is a product of nature having its' own inherent beauty... which we process, color and decorate
to further satisfy our individual tastes. Hides used to produce the finished products you end up with have
individual characteristics that may cause them to absorb oils, dyes and stains differently between one hide and another. Therefore, to help ensure that the appearance of your leather goods is as uniform as possible between holsters and gunbelts (or any other items you intend to "match" in appearance), it's advisable to order all such items at the same time. Uniformity in appearance is more likely when the same hide is used for all matching items.

Optional Decorative Touches
...

Photos of some of our leathergoods may display conchos, nickle or brass spots, border tooling, antique finish, etc. , to give you some ideas of how you can decorate your leathergoods to suit your tastes. Unless stated the item's description,
all such items are decorative options... available for additional costs.
(Decorative hardware is subject to availability and price changes from our suppliers).

Chaps and Chinks
...

We make chaps and chinks in our shop that utilize the best leathers suitable for their intended use.
They are durably constructed in one of several styles, and can be decorated with spots, conchos, fringe, multi-colored layering, etc. ,to make them as plain or as fancy as you like... whether it be for range work, cowboy-action shooting, or taking your "iron-horse" down the highway! How they are decorated is up to you...
Give us a call to discuss fitting measurements and what you have in mind.

Misc. Leather Items
...

While my favorite items to make are "Old West" and "Modern" style gunleather and cowboy style items...
I make notebooks, checkbooks, wallets, belts - and a lot of other things for folks. If you have a need
for something in leather, please call us to see if we can help you have what you are looking for !

A Final Note...
Metal, leather other products used in the construction of our finished leathergoods have risen in price
during this current economy. This has affected our suppliers - who must pass on cost increases to us.
And while we attempt to keep our prices down, we must pass the increased costs on
to our customers in order to remain in business.

We understand that many people (including ourselves) must stretch their dollars...
and we truly appreciate  when you choose to do business with us. We want our customers
to continue receiving only the best in leathergoods from SWH Leatherworks.
While others may choose to do so, we refuse to use materials of lesser quality
in the construction of our goods... just to keep the costs of our products down and make a sale.
You deserve no less!
